This research paper aims to shed light on a scientific reality, to reveal the most important obstacles to the field of research in human and social sciences. As a way to study this reality, we have selected a research sample for this field which is the identification of the most important obstacles that the researcher finds when he engages in making a linguistic Atlas. In order to overcome these obstacles, he has to be aware of the research procedures including the psychological and social and scientific ones. He also has to be aware of the most important advancement of his day and age and his society and this is the reason why we have based our research on the analytical and descriptive approach to study this problematic.
