Submission of articles

We invite researchers who wish to publish their articles in the "Qadaya-Lugawiya" Journal to see the "Instructions for authors" and the "Authors' Guide" through the Journal's page on the Algerian Scientific Journals platform (ASJP), through the Journal's link:

1.1. Create an account and log in to the Algerian Scientific Journals Platform (ASJP)

To submit an article for publication in the " Qadaya-Lugawiya " Journal, you must first create an account on the ASJP platform.

1.1.1. Create an account

① An account shall be created through the electronic platform (ASJP) using the following link: https://www.asjp.cerist.dz

② Press “Connexion”.

③ Press “Registration”.

Fill in the required fields (name and title, e-mail, password, rank, areas of interest, Select Country, Communication Language, Enter Verification Codes (CAPATCHA) and click the "create New Account" icon.

5- After you create the account, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been created.

2.1.1. Login

① Press “Connexion” once again.

C - Enter your email and password, and then tap the "Login" icon.

2.1 Article preparation

Before submitting an article to "Qadaya-Lugawiya" Journal, the researcher should ensure that his article conforms to the Journal template and complies with the publication's terms.

This implies that the researcher should upload my files " Authors' Instructions " and " Authors' Guide " through the Journal's page on the Algerian Scientific Journals platform (ASJP), through the Journal's link:

See the content of the two files to adjust and format the content of the article in accordance with the publication's terms and conditions.

The author's instructions: This is a compressed file that includes the Journal template in the three languages: Arabic, French and English.

3.1. Paper Submission

— A review after making sure that the article is compatible with the Journal's publication template and layout, go to the Journal's home page on the ASJP platform, and then click on the " Paper Submission " icon.

The information required for the article is filled in and is confirmed to be in agreement with the content of the article file:

Defining the field of knowledge for research.
Insert the research title
To include a summary of the research in both Arabic and foreign languages
Inserting the key words in Arabic and foreign language
Selecting the article file for file uploading
Make sure that all authors' names are listed in addition to the e-mail of each researcher and the organization to which they belong, by clicking on the "Add Author" icon.

When you have listed all the required article information, click on the " Paper Submission" icon.

④ـ Once sending the article, you will receive an email notification that you have submitted an article for publication in the Journal.

Following up the article

After you request to post an article through the Journal's page in the ASJP platform, you can track the status of your article by accessing your personal portal account and tracking the process of processing your post.

The article goes through the following stages:

2.1. Paper Submission: At this stage, the request for publication is pending from the editor, and the author can amend his article or withdraw it from the Journal at this stage.

2.2. Preliminary acceptance: This acceptance means that the article is in form acceptable to arbitration, and the author receives an e-mail stating the article's initial acceptance, as well as a confirmation letter to the article if the article has more than one author; After this stage, the author will no longer be able to edit his article, but reserves the right to withdraw the article.

2.3. Directing the article to arbitration: At this stage, the editor will direct the article to arbitration himself or through the help of an assistant editor to appoint arbitrators from the same specialization of the article, at which point the author will not be able to withdraw his article.

2.4. Final decision: After the end of the arbitration process, the editor-in-chief issues his final decision on whether to approve the publication of the article according to the arbitrators' reports, and informs the article owner of this decision through his e-mail.

2.5. Publication of the article: If the publication of the article is approved, the author must include the references in the box allocated to it, and send a copy of the pledge and copyright document through the Journal's e-mail within 15 days to complete the publication.
