Abstract
This article aims to identify the most important concepts and principles underlying modern of elkhalil theory founded by the Arabic scholar. "The sign Abdurrahman Al Hajj Saleh Rahmeh Allah," focused its attention on linguistic heritage and re-read it again. And how did Abdul Rahman Al Haj Saleh re - read it? That's what we're going to talk about in this article.
