En partant du constat que la coexisentence de plusieurs variétés linguistiques a donné, par voie de conséquence, naissance à des toponymes qui reflètent à la fois la culture berbère et même celle des arabes.
Les facteurs historiques, politiques et culturels ont remodelé le paysage onomastique algérien.
Quel est la base formelle et sémantique des toponymes ?
